Airtel demo 5G in Hyderabad for the first time in the country
Recently, Airtel showcased a 5G live commercial network in Hyderabad city. Airtel is the first company in the country to do so. Now for the expansion of this service, Airtel has selected Qualcomm as its partner. Airtel and Qualcomm Technologies will collaborate for its extensive use, including 5G fixed wireless access.

Through Airtel’s network vendors and device partners, Airtel will roll out virtualized and open RAN-based SG networks. In this, he will use the Qualcomm 5G RAN platform.
